The world is a better place because of you. Your smile lights up a room and your infectious laugh dances into the hearts of those that surround you. I feel the warmth of your spirit when you are near and I see the beauty of your Soul when I close my eyes. You were born to share your gifts, create and love. The love I see within you allows me to believe in the greater good, to believe in the purpose of existence. Thank you for being a part of my world and making a difference in the lives of those you meet.

Acknowledgment is a powerful form of love. We have many opportunities every single day to acknowledge the Self and also those around us. When one goes out of his or her way to recognize another’s efforts in a positive manner it creates an indescribable connectivity between two Souls. However, we cannot be dependent on others to provide these acts of kindness and support. Rather, we must make the conscious choice to see our own inner beauty and nurture it through daily affirmations. Simple words of encouragement help one facilitate inner growth. And inner growth, my friend, is exactly what your Soul craves.
Honor your Soul by speaking words of encouragement that uplift and inspire the greatness that is within. You know better than anyone else what it is that makes your heart sing. Acknowledge your gifts. Take a moment to reflect on all of the completed tasks you handled with grace, the smiles you encouraged and the people with whom you share your heart. You have stimulated many people that you didn’t even realize were watching you.

Words of encouragement are important for the relationship you keep with yourself and may also be imperative for other relationships you hold dear to your heart. The more and more I coach clients I see the importance of understanding an individual’s comprehension of receiving love. The five basic love languages according to Gary Chapman are: words of affirmation; acts of service; receiving gifts; quality time; and physical touch. For me, I receive love best through words of affirmation, acts of service and receiving gifts. These particular languages are all connected to one similar component…listening. I hold great value in sharing energy and insight through listening. It is vital that those around me respect the way I receive love but it is also essential for me to be able to give myself exactly what it is that I need through the love languages that resonate with my Soul.
You are the most important love of your life. Acknowledge what it is that you need in order to truly receive love. Give yourself the gift of self-love and watch your entire world shift. You have the power to allow your light to burn a little brighter.
